Events & Outings

Beyond providing more than 1000 acres of prime prospecting claims for our members to enjoy, Prospectors Plus looks for any reason to regularly get our members together. Whether it be a chili cook-off, a trip to the zoo, a class on fire safety or a highbanker outing on a new claim, Prospectors Plus tries to sponsor two club outings or events a month, year round.

Gold Panning Classes

Gold panning classes 1/2 day = 4 hrs: $25.00 plus tax.
We take you to one of the many gold bearing rivers in the area with equiptment and teach you the proper way to pan and prospect. Kids Under 12 FREE!

Gold Panning, Sluicing Classes

Gold panning, sluicing, beginning dredge classes full day=8 hrs: $55.00 plus tax
